- Please make sure that there is a popup message box in the notification panel & status bar of the mobile phone. If you won’t get any notifications, please go to the system settings to turn on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram notifications.
- If you turn on Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram and other apps on the PC, and you still want to get alerts and notifications on the device, please enable “Restore Mobile Notification” on the Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram apps on the phone.
- Make sure the smart device stays connected to the mobile phone, and Bluetooth is turned on all the time.
